Hello!

Kaneko from Commit Ginza will introduce you to a recommended wristwatch!

Today, we have a rare and exceptional 5-digit Day-Date!

Rolex Day-Date Silver All Tritium
Ref. 18039A Serial. 76 (manufactured around 1983)
Cal. 3055 8385/FF55 Clasp code G
Accessories: Watch body only
In-store sales price: 4,268,000 yen (tax included)

The Day-Date is Rolex's top model, available only in gold or platinum.

Compared to its predecessor, Ref. 1803, this "Ref. 18039" features a sapphire crystal instead of an acrylic crystal and a quick-set date function.

Compared to its successor, Ref. 18239, this model is characterized by its thick "kamaboko" (fish cake-shaped) case!

The dial is the classic silver, and the hour markers are set with old-style diamonds, giving it a retro feel.

The dial shows a slight, natural discoloration typical of silver dials, but for a watch manufactured around 1983, it has a rich, attractive patina.

It looks even better in person than in the photos, so please come and see it for yourself!

There are no visible scratches on the dial, and the lume on the hour markers is perfectly intact, making it a perfect condition!

It's magnificent.

It's rare to find a watch with such well-preserved lume.

The lume is all tritium.

The original tritium hands are firmly in place.

The hands and hour marker lume have turned a beautiful cream color, which looks great!

Not only is the dial in excellent condition, but this particular watch also boasts an outstanding case condition!

Look at the condition of the middle case!

This is an excellent example, likely unpolished!

The robust, powerful lugs stand out beautifully!

While there are some minor scratches on the bezel and middle case from use,

The hairline finish is beautifully preserved, and the edges of the lugs are still sharp!

The step between the lugs and the end links is also clearly defined!

You can enjoy the rare condition that truly embodies the original form.

The bezel is also perfectly sharp!

This rugged, thick case, unique to early models, is simply irresistible!

So cool!

The buckle clasp code is "G."

Of course, the bracelet also matches the year of manufacture!

The bracelet is also in good condition with only slight stretching!

*Includes all links, including the spare ones.

The Day-Date "18039" is already rare,

and unpolished examples are almost impossible to find.

Wrist shot! So cool!
Please enjoy the thick case!

The "Kamaboko" case is a charming feature of the Day-Date "Ref. 18039/83"!
This is an excellent example with an outstanding condition!
The thick "Kamaboko" case, which retains its original form, is breathtaking.
The arrival of such a rare piece is unlikely to happen again soon!
Customers looking for a Day-Date WG solid model with an emphasis on condition,
Please consider this one!
