SOLD OUT!!

The first Submariner Date/Ref.1680.
This is an early model, manufactured from around 1969 to 1975, with the SUBMARINER logo in red, commonly known as the "Red Sub."
It is a classic model that boasts immense popularity among vintage models, and the one introduced today is a recommended piece that allows you to enjoy the aging unique to vintage models, so if you are looking for one, please check it out!

The dial is a MARK4 from the correct era.
The "f" and "t" in the "660ft" water resistance rating are not on the same line, and it is a distinctive dial with an open "6."

Red Subs have a rich variety of dial variations, but broadly speaking,
MK1 to MK3 are meter-first (200m=660ft表記),
while MK4 to MK6 are feet-first (660ft=200m表記).

Now! The individual introduced this time is a "Pumpkin Dial" where the tritium lume has beautifully aged.
How about this intense burn? It's so cool!
Highly recommended for those looking for a rugged vintage watch!

The dial condition is outstanding, maintaining a clean state even under a loupe. The index luminous material has aged beautifully with a deep color, creating an exceptional atmosphere!
Such a Red Submariner with a wonderful dial condition is undoubtedly rare! It seems that there are especially few examples of "Pumpkin Dials" that maintain a clean condition.

The luminous material is all tritium.
The hand luminous material has also aged to a deep color, balancing well with the indices. The hands are also in relatively good condition.

The bezel is equipped with a fat font MK3 insert that has a superb faded look.
This bezel really suits the early 70s models!
It's cool!
*The luminous dot has been corrected.

The condition has age-appropriate signs of wear,
but it is in good condition for a vintage model!
Overhaul has also been completed by our affiliated workshop.

As you can see, the mid-case also has a solid and appealing impression.

The lugs are also perfectly set!

The bracelet is a folded link bracelet, which is essential for Red Subs of this era.

The buckle clasp is stamped 71.4.

There is a very natural stretch, but the condition is good!

Wrist shot!!
This is an incredibly cool Red Submariner with a beautiful pumpkin dial and MK3 insert.
Popular Vintage Model!! Red Submariner "Ref.1680/MK4" from '72
