Third-generation manual-winding Daytona "Ref. 6265" manufactured from around 1971 to around 1988
This is the final model of the hand-wound Daytona, and is equipped with the caliber "Cal. 727" which vibrates at 21,600 vibrations per hour.
The pusher is screw-locked, making this model more waterproof.
Recently , I have the impression that there are clearly more people looking for hand-wound Daytonas than before.
Vintage hand-wound Daytonas have remained extremely scarce, but we expect them to attract even more attention in the future.
Now might be your chance to buy it at this price.
It was put up for auction at the recent Phillips Hong Kong auction.
The 6263 Black Letter Big Red was sold for 1,016,000 Hong Kong dollars including fees.
This is equivalent to over 20 million yen in Japanese yen, so it was a reasonable winning bid.
There was an engraving on the back cover, but it came with a warranty card.
It was an attractive big red with good dial condition.
I get the impression that Big Red's reputation has been rising recently.
This time we're introducing the silver Big Red.
This popular dial has a soft impression with a silver dial that is also known as cream .
The dial condition is excellent and remains in excellent condition.
It's hard to find a silver dial this beautiful!!
There is a slight lack of luminous index,
There are no particular modifications and it is an impressive piece.
The luminous material is all tritium.
The needles, which tend to be replaced, also fit perfectly.

The bezel is an MK2 that matches the time period!
There are some small scratches, but the condition is good.
The pusher was replaced in later years,
This is the MK3 with a wired pusher.
The condition is good with some wear and small scratches due to use,
The case and bracelet are in good condition.
The middle case does not have excessive finishing.

Buckle clasp code is "VC"
The bracelet is in good condition and suitable for its age, with only slight wear!
Overall, I highly recommend the 6265!!
The accessories include a genuine domestic warranty card (no name erasure)!!
A hand-wound Daytona in good condition with a warranty card makes it even more rare.
Wrist shot!! So cool.
The beautiful cream dial is very appealing!
The highly popular hand-wound Daytona Silver Big Red "Ref. 6265/80"
