GMT Master "Ref.16700" manufactured from R to A
Although it has been about 20 years since production ended, this model remains extremely popular!

The watch we are introducing this time is a relatively new Ref. 16700.
This is individual U8.

The beautiful pink insert and the ONLY SWISS dial make this an attractive piece.

"ONLY SWISS" 

This dial is called "ONLY SWISS" because the only marking at the 6 o'clock position is "SWISS".
They were manufactured in the latter half of the U series (1998) and the A series (1999), when the luminous paint was changed from tritium to Luminova.

By the way, the notation at the 6 o'clock position changes from "SWISS -T<25" ⇒ "SWISS" ⇒ "SWISS MADE".

Currently, there is no impression that the "ONLY SWISS" dial has been evaluated,
An interesting dial from a short production run!

The dial and hands are in very good condition.

The best thing about this product is the bezel insert, which has faded from red to a beautiful pink color!!

I often see this kind of bezel on the U-series GMT Master.
It seems that pink bezels with no noticeable scratches on the bezel sticker and nicely faded are becoming less common these days.

It has a beautiful pink insert.

Personally, I call this type of insert "Sakura Pink".
It is a very beautiful color.

The blue color of this bezel has hardly faded at all,
Only the red parts have faded to a beautiful pink color.

It's strange, isn't it?
However, this exquisite contrast creates a very nice atmosphere.

The condition is good, there are scratches on the case and bracelet,
This is an excellent specimen in excellent overall condition!
