Ref.16800 Serial.84 series (manufactured around 1984)
Cal.3035 Hard grooveless bracelet 93150/FF593 Clasp code H

SOLD OUT!!
It was produced from around 1980 to around 1988.
Second generation Submariner Date/Ref. 16800.
While inheriting the basic design from the first Submariner Date/Ref. 1680,
The windshield has been changed from plastic to sapphire glass.
It also has a unidirectional rotating bezel and a quick-change date function.
This model is now even more practical.
The model that has arrived this time is the later model with edges.
The Ref. 16800 is divided into early and late models, with either a "borderless" version having no border on the index or a "bordered" version having a metal border.
The transition to the later-style bordered dial began around 1984.
This particular watch has a pumpkin dial with intense tritium burn!!
Compared to the general pumpkin dial, the tanning is simply outstanding!
This is a comparison with our 16600/L number.
When comparing them like this, can you see how incredibly dark the tan is on this particular piece?
It is rare to find an item with such intense burns.
The dial has natural aging that is somewhat rough, typical of the 1980s, but
Very impressive and in good condition.
The luminous material is all tritium!
The luminous second hand is thought to have been replaced in later years.
The atmosphere hasn't been compromised at all!
The condition is good with scratches on the case and bracelet appropriate for the age.
However, the case is thick and sturdy!!
There are some scratches,
The lug legs are rugged and powerful!!
The grooveless buckle has clasp code "H" and is date-matching!
The bracelet is in good condition with only slight creasing!!
Wrist shot!! So cool!
This is a masterpiece with an overwhelming presence of burnt orange tritium!!
Semi-Vintage Submariner Date "Ref.16800"
This is the ultimate pumpkin dial with the strongest burnt finish!!
It's rare to come across a specimen with this much burn!
The selling price is also attractive, so we recommend it!
The overhaul has also been completed at our affiliated workshop!
