The dial is the final tritium MK6.

This is an irregular model that uses Luminova instead of tritium for the luminous material.
This dial is also known as "Trichinova" !
I've been checking it from around U6.
The accessories included were a box and a warranty card!!
After overhauling and finishing the exterior, we plan to put it on display in our store!
