The third model of the GMT Master, "Ref. 16750", manufactured from around 1980 to around 1988
The model we are introducing this time is the early model "borderless" model.
Like the Submariner Ref. 16800, Ref. 5513, and Sea-Dweller Ref. 16660, the Ref. 16750 is divided into early and late models with either a "rimless" version with no rim on the index or a "rimmed" version with a metal rim.
The Ref. 16750 with a rimless dial seems to be less common on the second-hand market, but this particular example is a recommended one with attractive, evenly colored cream tritium luminous paint.
The dial has some scratches on the outer edge that are not visible to the naked eye, but overall it is in good condition.
The 16750 rimless dial is characterized by its vertical crown mark, but this dial is particularly characterized by its thin, vertically long crown mark!
This is a dial that is rarely seen even among rimless dials.
The bezel is a beautiful bezel insert with good color!
This insert is also rare!
Although there are some scratches from use, there are no major scratches and the case and bracelet are in attractive condition, making this a good piece!
As you can see, the middle case is in great condition and looks great!
The lugs are thick and have strong edges!
