Hello! I'm Kaneko from Commit Ginza and I'd like to introduce some recommended watches! Today, we have a rare vintage Milgauss model.
Rolex Milgauss All Tritium Ref.1019 Serial.24 (manufactured around 1970) Accessories: Box Cal.1580 FF380/7836 Clasp engraved 70.3 Back cover 70.2 SOLD OUT!! The second generation Milgauss "Ref. 1019" was manufactured from the mid-1960s to around 1988. It has a completely different design from the Milgauss/Ref. 116400GV, which has finally been discontinued. It is a very cool model that vintage lovers will love! The second generation was available in two colors, black and silver, but this time it has a silver dial.
This is an early model dial with 0.2 second pitch markings and a vertical hairline finish.
The luminous material is also of the early type. The 3-6-9 index sandwich type luminous material of the early model has a strong vintage feel and is an appealing specification. The index luminous material is in good condition overall. If you look closely, you will see that the chronometer markings on the early dial are center split!! The hour and minute hands are original and feature a three-dimensional design. The condition of the luminous hands is also good, with a beautiful, even tan.
The dial has some barely noticeable scratches on the edges, but otherwise is in very good condition. Still, am I the only one who thinks the silver dial with hairlines, orange Milgauss logo, and tip of the second hand are very tasteful? It's cool.
The movement is the Milgauss exclusive caliber 1580, which vibrates at 5.5 vibrations per second. It is also equipped with a cross-shaped leaf spring built into the back cover and a gold-colored anti-magnetic case. The movement is M number. There are some small scratches appropriate for the age, but the overall condition is good and it makes a very good impression when you hold it in your hands!
The middle case is thick and not overly finished! The edge lines are also perfectly defined!! The bracelet is appropriate for its age and is in good condition with few scratches from use. There is some creasing, but it is relatively sturdy. Comes with box and Milgauss booklet.
Wrist shot!! Enjoy this super cool early model dial!! The dial with vertical hairlines is incredibly cool!! The second generation vintage Milgauss "Ref. 1019" dial and case are in excellent condition, making it a very attractive vintage model. The parts are generally consistent and it is a very impressive piece, so if you are looking for a vintage Milgauss, please consider this one!
