SOLD OUT!!
The first Rolex Sea-Dweller model, "Ref. 1665", has arrived!
The Sea-Dweller is known for its special mechanism that automatically releases helium gas during saturation diving.
This model is equipped with a helium gas escape bubble.
The back cover has the patented trademark
It is engraved with "ROLEX PATENT OYSTER GAS ESCAPE VALVE".
The "Ref.1665" is the early model "SEA-DWELLER" and "SUBMARINER 2000".
The model known as the Red Seed , which has red printing on it, is famous.
Today's introduction is a new logo that has been changed to a white logo.
This model is commonly known as "Great White" .
The Great White dial is classified from MK0 to MK4.
This is the small, unitalicized "ft" waterproof designation.
It features the distinctive MK1 dial.
The MK1 dial is very rare even among the Great White models!
I have the impression that I see them less and less recently.
The luminous hands have been replaced with Luminova hands.
The index is not particularly faded to begin with, so the atmosphere is not particularly affected!
The most attractive feature of this particular model is undoubtedly the bezel insert, isn't it?
It is equipped with a 70's MK3 bezel with an exquisite brown fade!
The luminous points are aftermarket parts, but this bezel insert is cool!
This bezel alone is probably worth hundreds of thousands of yen.
The condition is age-appropriate with some scratches,
The condition of the middle case is excellent!
There are scratches, but the Sea-Dweller is a model with a strong rugged impression,
Strangely enough, the scratches look good on it.
As you can see, the lugs are thick and very sturdy!
Rug feet like these are very impressive and appealing!
The "Ref.1665" has a thick bezel and case that just won't fit!
I love this angle from the side!
The dome-shaped plastic windshield also looks great!
I occasionally see watches with replaced back covers,
This one is totally original!
The bracelet 93150 with a grooveless buckle is also likely original to the period.
Clasp code is "A"
It features the earliest alphabet engraving, which is something you rarely see!
What do you think?
Overall, this is a well-balanced vintage model that we highly recommend!
The real thing exudes an even more exquisite atmosphere than the photo,
We hope you will take a look at it!
The first Sea-Dweller Great White "Ref.1665/MK1"
A beautiful dial with a brown faded bezel.
This is a very cool vintage model!
This is a rare model that is not widely available,
Please consider this vintage model with its outstanding atmosphere!
