Rolex Oysterquartz Datejust
Ref.17014 Serial.R (manufactured around 1987)
Accessories: International service warranty (stamped November 2018), silver dial, complete set of hands
SOLD OUT!!

A discontinued quartz model produced from around 1978 to around 2001.
This model features a unique shape with the case and bracelet integrated into one piece.
The designer of this integrated form is, of course, the man himself, Gerald Genta.

This design has no flush fit and has a 5-link hard breath.
(※Ref.17000 is a triple Oyster) Isn't it just too cool?
I really hope they bring this model back!

This watch originally had a silver dial,

The previous owner had it changed to a black dial during maintenance at Rolex.
For reference, the overhaul cost was 43,000 yen (excluding tax), the dial was 39,000 yen (excluding tax), and including other parts the total came to 115,000 yen (excluding tax). The overhaul has been completed thoroughly, so the inside is also in good condition.

As mentioned above, this is a Luminova-equipped change dial, but the black is not completely black; depending on the light it can appear black-gray or brown, making it an exquisitely colored dial.
*All tritium silver dial and hands are also included.

The condition of the watch is such that the previous owner probably did not use it much after overhauling it, as the case and bracelet are in very good condition.
As you can see, the bracelet is in good condition with almost no stretching.

The Oyster Quartz "Ref. 17014" with an exquisite black dial is a model with an excellent old-fashioned atmosphere!
If you are looking for a watch that you can use for everyday use, please consider this one!
