The Ref. 16600 and Ref. 16660 have edges and look the same.

The case thickness and dial font are the same,
If you look closely

In appearance, other than the buckle, the only difference was whether the side of the bracelet had a mirror or satin finish.
The movement of the Ref.16660 is "Cal.3035" and the movement of the Ref.16600 is "Cal.3135".
Cal.3135 has a balance bridge
It has been changed from single to double, increasing stability and impact resistance.
