This is the "Marine" model, inspired by the French Navy's marine chronometer (a precision watch for navigation). The case is made of 18KWG (white gold), The combination of the dial with Breguet's traditional wave pattern guilloche engraving and rubber strap makes this a watch that can be said to be the epitome of a luxury sports watch.

ROLEX EXPLORERⅡ 【Ref. 16550 】

The watch that TK purchased was the Rolex Explorer II Ref. 16550, which features an eye-catching, rich ivory dial.

The "Ref. 16550" appeared around 1984 as the successor to the first "Explorer II" model "Ref. 1655" that appeared in 1971. However, it was short-lived with a production period of about five years and only a small number were produced, so it is still considered a mysterious model.

The dial is available in three colors: black, white, and ivory, with the ivory color being said to be the rarest.

The Tonda PF, announced at Geneva Watch Days in 2021, was designed by Guido Tereni, head of Bvlgari's watch division and one of the creators of the Octo Finissimo. It features the PF logo and a new emblem at the 12 o'clock position on the dial, and is characterized by beautiful guilloche engraving.
