This model features a Grand Tapisserie dial and a high level of design that highlights the beauty of the Royal Oak , earning it overwhelming support. Its 39mm size is comfortable for Japanese wrists, and it features a simple three-hand dial, making it a model that is still sought after by many people even though it has been discontinued.

The watch that KO purchased was the third generation (current) green Submariner, Ref. 126610LV, affectionately known as "Starbucks."

The current model, released in September 2020, has a dial that has returned from green to black, reminiscent of the color scheme of the original Submariner, Ref. 16610LV. This return to the original color scheme creates a new Submariner that is completely different from the original.

ROLEX SUBMARINER DATE 【Ref. 16610LV 】

The watch that Rikkun purchased was the Submariner 50th anniversary model "Ref. 16610LV," which features an attractive green bezel, which is also Rolex's corporate color.

This model, which was released in 2003, has long been a hugely popular model that has been affectionately nicknamed the "Green Sub." The indexes and hands are larger than those of the "Ref. 16610" that was produced at the same time, greatly improving visibility. This particular model is the so-called "MK1" model, which is one of the earliest models equipped with a "lime bezel" with a pale green bezel color, a "flat 4" with a trapezoidal 4 on the bezel, and a large "Big Swiss" SWISS MADE marking at the 6 o'clock position on the dial.

WATCH DETAILS

ROLEX SEA-DWELLER 【Ref. 16600 】

The watch that Yama-chan purchased was a Rolex Sea-Dweller Ref. 16600, a diver's watch developed as a tool for deep-sea expeditions and equipped with the ultimate in waterproofing.

It is thicker than the Submariner, and features a helium gas escape valve on the 9 o'clock side of the case. The successor, the Ref. 116600, has been improved with larger indexes, lugs, crown guards, a ceramic bezel, and a changed buckle, but many people prefer the classic Ref. 16600.
