Reference 16600

The watch that KK purchased was a Rolex Sea-Dweller Ref. 16600, a diver's watch that was developed as a tool for deep-sea expeditions and is equipped with the ultimate in waterproofing.

It is thicker than the Submariner, and features a helium gas escape valve on the 9 o'clock side of the case. The successor, the Ref. 116600, has been improved with larger indexes, lugs, crown guards, a ceramic bezel, and a changed buckle, but many people prefer the classic Ref. 16600.

The watch that RK purchased was the current model "Explorer 36" " Ref. 124270 ", which was released in 2021 .

This watch has attracted much attention as it is a return to the traditional 36mm case for the first time in 11 years from the 39mm case of the Ref. 214270. It is equipped with the Cal. 3230 , which boasts a power reserve of approximately 70 hours , and has been updated in every aspect, including precision, practicality, and ease of maintenance.

The watch that MS purchased was the popular semi-vintage Rolex Explorer I, Ref. 14270.

This model was manufactured between 1991 and 2000 , and is equipped with the Cal.3000 automatic movement, which was the most advanced technology at the time. The indexes have been given metal edges, and the crystal has been changed from plastic to sapphire crystal, which boasts overwhelming strength, giving the watch a more visible and bold look. It is still popular more than 20 years after it was discontinued, and is a very easy-to-use watch.

As you wrote in the reasons for your decision to purchase, this watch is in top condition, almost unused, and is worthy of being called a collector's item. In addition to the original specifications, such as the beautifully cream-colored tritium luminous material, side-hole case, and single buckle, it is in deadstock-like condition... and all the accessories are included, so it's rare to come across a watch like this. The watch that TT purchased was the Rolex Daytona Ref. 16520 with a black dial.

This is a semi-vintage model that boasts overwhelming popularity, equipped with the movement "Cal. 4030" based on Zenith's "El Primero. " The dial color is available in two colors: black for an intricate impression and white for a sophisticated impression, and the windshield has been changed to sapphire crystal from this model.
