Good evening everyone.

We are happy to say that since the beginning of this year, we have been receiving a steady stream of extremely rare Patek Philippe models. This is also the first time we have handled this item since we started Commit.
"Ref.5976/1G-001" "Nautilus Chronograph" 40th Anniversary Model *18KWG
We have received some new products, so I would like to talk about them. Please enjoy until the end.

"Nautilus Chronograph"
♦40th Anniversary Model 18KWG

In 2016, the "Ref. 5796/1G-001" was released as a 40th anniversary model of the "Nautilus" with an 18KWG (white gold) case and bracelet, limited to 1,300 pieces worldwide.

At the same time, the "Ref. 5711/1P-001" was released with a platinum case and bracelet, limited to 700 pieces worldwide.

From the beginning, it was extremely difficult to purchase at an authorized store, and I think there were very few units available on the secondary market. The "Ref. 5711/1P-001" released at the same time was also limited to 700 pieces, and although it had special specifications unique to the 40th anniversary model, such as a platinum case, bucket-cut diamond indexes, and a 1976-40-2016 engraving, I remember that since the base was the "Ref. 5711," I wasn't particularly surprised by its appearance.

The "Ref. 5976/1G-001" we are introducing this time is a model unlike any other, as you can see from the reference. It is based on the "Ref. 5980", but the case size is 44mm, the largest in the history of the Nautilus, and it has a huge impact. However, unlike Panerai, which has a large case diameter = rugged and masculine coolness! It gives off a calm impression that is unique to Patek Philippe.

To match the 44mm case diameter, the chronograph counter at the 6 o'clock position is enlarged, and the date display window at the 3 o'clock position is made of 18KWG (white gold), and the long bucket-cut diamond indexes create a dial that is simply superbly balanced.

The sunburst dial with blue PVD finish is very beautiful, and the "1976-40-2016" engraved below the brand logo at the 12 o'clock position emphasizes that this is a special model commemorating the 40th anniversary.

In addition to the Nautilus' largest case size of 44mm, both the case and bracelet are made of 18KWG (white gold), so it feels quite heavy. When I actually weighed it, it was 313g including the extra links.

The movement "Cal. 28-520 C" seen through the skeleton back is the same as the "Ref. 5980/1A-001" released for the 30th anniversary of the Nautilus. The case thickness of the "Ref. 5976/1G-001" is 12.16 mm, but the case diameter is 44 mm, so it doesn't feel that thick.

It is very important for such pieces (rare pieces) to come with a warranty, but this one also comes with a limited edition certificate commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Nautilus.

The faithful reproduction of the special cork box used when the 1976 Nautilus "Jumbo" Ref. 3700/1 was released will tickle the hearts of watch enthusiasts. All accessories are included, and the watch is in very good condition, making this a watch that can be recommended in every respect.

The selling price is 78,760,000 yen (tax included).

It is no exaggeration to say that there is currently no similar model for sale in Japan. A certain famous overseas website has it priced at over 90 million yen including tax, which I think is very attractive in terms of price. It is a model that I am very excited about, including future developments.

summary

What did you think.

Under these circumstances, opportunities to see world-class auction-quality specimens are becoming increasingly rare, and even though it is difficult to see the real thing, I myself have been writing this article with great excitement. I would like to express my gratitude once again for the opportunity to sell this product.

Currently, we are receiving inquiries about rare Patek Philippe models almost every week, and we will continue to work hard every day to continue introducing wonderful models to you all.

see you!
