Good evening everyone.

Today, we would like to introduce several popular models that have been removed from the Patek Philippe website catalog and are scheduled to end production in 2022.

Which model is it?

"Ref.5990/1A-001" "Nautilus" Travel Time Chronograph SS
"Ref.5711/1R-001" "Nautilus" 18KRG

Please enjoy until the end.

"Ref.5990/1A-001"
Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph SS

The Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph Ref. 5990/1A-001 with a stainless steel case was released in 2014. When I first saw this model, I was struck by an image of simplicity and robustness that I had never seen in any other Patek Philippe watch.

The stainless steel case and the black gradient dial in the same color give it a sporty impression, but also a luxurious finish, which is truly worthy of Patek Philippe.

Among Patek Philippe's models, I personally like the World Time watch very much, including its mechanism, but it does not support daylight saving time. From a practical standpoint, I think the Travel Time is a very user-friendly mechanism.

" Travel Time "
▶ Small windows at 3 o'clock for HOME and 9 o'clock for LOCAL distinguish between day and night
▶ Press the buttons at 10 o'clock and 8 o'clock to change the time zone (hour hand operation)
Press the push button at 8 o'clock to advance the hour by one
▶Press the push button at 10 o'clock to advance the time by one hour

When you actually try using it, you'll find that when you press the button backwards to return to the previous day, the date also returns to the previous day, which I think is very well thought out and convenient.

The warranty is dated 2020, which is a high model year, and another recommended point is that it is unused. Of course, all accessories are included and it is in very good condition.

The selling price is 37,950,000 yen (tax included)

Considering the price, it's hard to say it's cheap, but there are almost no examples being sold on the domestic secondary market, and considering the year and condition, this is a recommended item.

"Ref.5711/1R-001"
"Nautilus" 18KRG

The "Ref. 5711/1R-001" was released in 2015 as a version of the "Ref. 5711" made from a different material. This model features a brown and black gradient dial that matches well with the 18KRG (rose gold) case, and while it has a unified and calm impression, it also exudes a mature sexiness.

This time, we received two at the same time! Two high-year models (warranty dates 2018 and 2021) in very good condition.

This is a matter of personal opinion, but I believe that the number of 18KRG (rose gold) models produced is overwhelmingly smaller than that of SS (stainless steel) models. To be honest, I was surprised to receive two of these in very good condition at the same time.

The end of production of the new caliber "Ref. 5711/1A-010" was announced earlier last year, but there are very few of them on the market. However, there are even fewer of these models with the new movement "Cal. 26-330 SC" in an 18KRG (rose gold) case. The change to the new caliber gives it a hack function (second hand stop) and eliminates the time period during which the date cannot be changed. This makes it much more convenient as a watch than before.

The condition of this model is that of a new caliber model for 2021, but it is in excellent condition with little signs of wear and almost no scratches or scuffs. Of course, it has not been polished. The accessories are in good condition and are complete.

The selling price is 45,980,000 yen (tax included)

The model with the warranty date of 2018 is also in good condition with no noticeable scratches or scuffs. Of course, it has not been polished. The accessories are in good condition and complete.

The selling price is 42,900,000 yen (tax included)

Just like the "Ref. 5990/1A-001," the "Ref. 5711/1R-001" is priced differently, so it's hard to say it's cheap or affordable, but there are almost no examples for sale in the domestic secondary market, and the watches we have just received are in very good condition, with warranty dates indicating they are older models, so we highly recommend them all.

summary

Looking at the prices at the end of last year and recently, it seems that the selling price of the Nautilus has increased by about 1.5 to 2 times, depending on the reference (model number), condition, and year. We don't know how long this situation will last, but please take this opportunity to get your hands on the coveted Nautilus!

A month has passed already this year, and attractive Patek Philippe watches are arriving one after another. Usually, I would end the article here, but the most popular watch has arrived!

When most people hear the word "Nautilus," the most popular one that comes to mind is the Ref. 5711/1A-001!

This will be posted on our website as today's new arrivals, so be sure to check it out!

see you!
