Good evening everyone.
The rainy season ended early this year, and hot days continue, but the temperature feels even higher because of the mask. Be sure to drink plenty of water and take extra care not to get heatstroke.
Well, in the last Patek theory, we introduced this year's new model, the olive green sunburst dial x 18KRG (rose gold) case "Annual Calendar" "Ref. 5205R-011". However, this time, we will introduce the " Ref.5205G-013 " was also in stock for the first time. And the " The second Ref. 4947/1A-001 has also arrived, so we would like to introduce both of them together. Please enjoy until the end.
"Ref.5205G-013"
『Annual Calendar』18KWG
The "Annual Calendar" "Ref. 5205G-013" with an 18KWG (white gold) case and blue-black gradient dial was released as a new model in 2018. With the release of this model, the two dial types that had been in production since their introduction in 2010, rhodium x gray and matte black x slate gray, were discontinued.
And as a new model for 2022, the 18KRG (rose gold) case x black gradient olive green sunburst dial introduced in the previous post will be announced, and the lacquered black dial will be discontinued.
The dial color of the "Ref. 5205G-013" that I will introduce this time is a light blue, as I imagined from the official website, but when I actually looked at the watch, it was a deep blue gradation that looked almost black at first glance. The way it looks different depending on the natural light and the color of the incandescent light is a unique feature of Patek Philippe.
The movement seen through the skeleton back is the "Cal.324 S QA LU 24H" with an "annual calendar" mechanism. Every time I take a photo, I think that Patek Philippe's movements, especially the 21K rotor engraved with the Calatrava cross, are truly beautiful.
The Annual Calendar makes setting the time and calendar very easy.
[Case 3 o'clock side (crown side)]
▶The top is the month, the bottom is the date
[Case 9 o'clock side]
▶The top is the day of the week, the bottom is the moon phase.
As the name "annual" suggests, this model is very suitable for daily use if you adjust it just once a year (in February) using each button. By the way, although it comes with an adjustment pin, it is easy to scratch, so I recommend using a sturdy toothpick or something similar.
The warranty date is December 2018. It is a one-owner item that has barely been worn and is in excellent condition with only minor scratches that appear to have occurred during storage.
Furthermore, while the usual buckle is a pin type, this watch also comes with a genuine folding buckle, making it a great value. (Genuine folding buckle: New: Approx. 400,000 yen (tax included), Used: Approx. 300,000 yen (tax included))
The selling price is 6,985,000 yen (tax included)
There are few on the market, and no one is selling for less than the domestic list price of 7,029,000 yen (tax included)! What's more, it's in good condition and comes with a folding buckle, making it a great deal!
I tried my best to introduce it, but it turns out that good specimens sell quickly. A good buyer found it and we were able to sell it.
"Ref.4947/1A-001"
"Annual Calendar" SS
Another new model for 2021 that I wasn't able to introduce in the last post is the "Annual Calendar" "Ref. 4947/1A-001". According to the product number, it is a ladies' model, but this is a watch that can be worn by men without any problems.
The blue dial with a vertical and horizontal satin finish (Shandong silk finish) that reminds me of denim is the first thing that catches my eye, and I think it would be more accurate to say that it is cute rather than cool. It is a very beautifully finished dial.
The second most notable feature after the dial is the stainless steel case and five-link bracelet. When you actually try wearing it, it feels very comfortable on the wrist, which is a common feature of Patek Philippe bracelet models. Also, unlike gold or platinum, it is lightweight, which makes it easy to wear.
Of course, you can see the "Annual Calendar" movement "324 S QA LU" from the skeleton back.
The warranty date is May 2021. This is a one-owner item with little wear and tear, and is in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or scuffs. There are about 10 months left on the manufacturer's warranty, so you can use it with confidence.
The selling price is 6,688,000 yen (tax included)
The domestic list price is 6,281,000 yen, so this is a slight premium price, but when you look at the selling prices on secondary distribution markets both domestically and internationally, it is actually a reasonable price!
summary
What did you think.
One of the watches has already been sold, but since there are so few Patek Philippe watches in the first place, it made me realize once again how important it is to come across one.
We still have many attractive models that we have not yet been able to introduce, so if you are considering purchasing one, please feel free to visit us or contact us.
see you!
