Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph PLATINUM Ref.5270P-001 Manual Winding

The new "5270" was announced at Baselworld in 2018 and is the first watch to use platinum as a material.

The design with a tachymeter on the golden opaline dial, a salmon pink color that is symbolic of Patek Philippe, is very cool.

The three subdials - the chronograph, perpetual calendar and moon phase - are well-balanced, with a day and night indicator at the 8 o'clock position and a leap year window at the 4 o'clock position.
Another point to note is that while the 18KWG and 18KRG models have bar indexes, the platinum model has Arabic indexes.

This is a popular grand complication model equipped with chronograph and perpetual calendar functions.

The Grand Complication model "5101P-010" announced by Patek Philippe, one of the most prestigious watch brands in the world.

The in-house hand-wound movement, "Cal.28-20 REC 10J PS IRM," visible through the see-through case back, has a 10-day power reserve with two barrels containing the main spring, and its beautiful and delicate design and tourbillon mechanism can be seen through the see-through case back.

Despite being equipped with a complex tourbillon mechanism, the case is only 9mm thick, and while maintaining the heavy look of the Royal Oak, the use of titanium allows it to weigh just 115g.

To highlight the new Calibre 2924, which is just 4.46 mm thick (one of the thinnest in the industry), extraneous decoration has been omitted and the tourbillon is visible through a window at 6 o'clock.

This is a model that is usually hard to come by, being sold in a limited run of 30 pieces at Japanese boutiques.

It is no exaggeration to say that the 5016P-018 is the best watch of all time.

The perpetual calendar is a retrograde movement, making it even more complicated. The overwhelmingly cool black dial, Breguet numerals and hands, and the moon phase are a perfect combination of classical elements.

By operating the slide piece located at the 9 o'clock position, you can enjoy a luxurious masterpiece that produces a beautiful and delicate tone that far surpasses that of other brands.
This is the ultimate model, produced entirely to order, so even if you want it you can't just buy it.

This model is no longer in production, so I'm sure there are some people out there looking for this perfect size model.

Whenever it is put up for auction at overseas watch auctions, it is always sold at a high price.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Minute Repeater Supersonnerie PLATINUM 26591PT.OO.D002CR.01 Manual Winding

The ever-popular Royal Oak model is a special one, the Minute Repeater Supersonnerie. This is a rare model that is only available at the Japan Boutique.

Although Audemars Piguet's "Supersonnerie" is a watch, it is characterized by its commitment to producing a sound like that of an instrument. The company places great importance on the quality of the sound, to the point that it claims to "make sound quality the concept itself." To that end, the company collaborated with EPFL, and developed this masterpiece with an unusual team of watchmakers: acousticians and researchers, professors from the music academy, string instrument craftsmen, and watchmakers.

"Sonnerie" means "hour bell" in French. The "minute repeater" that is often combined with this sonnerie is a mechanism that tells the minutes by sound when a lever or push button is operated, and announces the time by distinguishing between hours and minutes with a combination of two different tones, making it the "flower" of complicated watches.
