While there are some scratches and minor blemishes from use, this is a unit in good overall condition.
The case lugs are thick and have well-defined edges, and the President bracelet shows virtually no stretch.
The dial features a deep red gradient, and the hands and indices are all tritium, which has aged well and gives it a nice semi-vintage feel.
The calendar and day of the week are displayed in Arabic, and the combination with the red gradient dial is extremely rare. It has also been overhauled at Rolex Japan in April 2024, so it is a recommended piece for those looking for Ref. 18038, and is also a great collector's item.
