Product Background

For over 100 years, its design has become one of Cartier's icons. The world's first wristwatch, the Santos, was created in 1904 in response to the Brazilian aviator Sir Santos-Dumont's desire to be able to check the time while flying.

Model features

It is equipped with the "Cal.430MC", a hand-wound movement that is an improved version of Piaget's famous "Cal.430P".

Product design

The front of the case and bezel are coated with black lacquer and then polished by hand to create a design that exudes luxury and boldness.
