This is Rolex's top-of-the-line model, available only in rare materials such as gold and platinum.
The bracelet is called the "President's Bracelet" after it was sent to the then US President Eisenhower.

The "Ref. 18239A" is the first model to allow the day of the week to be changed in addition to the date.
