While there are some scuffs and small scratches from use, the case is a well-preserved example with sharp edges. The riveted bracelet is also in superb condition.
The original meter-first dial remains clean under magnification, and the tritium lume has aged beautifully.
This is a highly recommended Submariner, an early matte dial model that is well-balanced and full of charm.
