This is a nearly all-new watch, with the dial, hands, middle case, back cover, pushers, and bracelet all having been replaced in the past.
The bezel is finished, but the middle case appears to be non-polished with well-defined edge lines.
Although it has a small red replacement dial, it is in good overall condition and is an attractively priced vintage model that we recommend.
If you are looking for one, please consider this.

*The original serial number is 28 (manufactured around 1971), but the case was replaced during a manufacturer overhaul in 2008.

Even 60 years after its creation, it remains unparalleled among sports chronographs and continues to transcend time.

This "Ref. 6265" is the third generation Daytona that was introduced around 1971. It has screw-in push buttons, water resistance upgraded from 30m to 50m, and is equipped with the perfected Cal. 727 manual-winding chronograph movement.

The combination of a silver dial and black subdials creates a nice vintage feel.
