The "3923A" was sold exclusively in Japan in 1987 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe's founding.
The stainless steel case and dial colors were ivory, silver, and gray, and each was sold in a limited edition of 50 pieces.
There are some scratches and minor marks from use that are barely noticeable, but the case is in good condition and looks sturdy.

*No warranty is included, but there is a receipt showing that the product was previously sent for repair by the manufacturer.
*Although there is some deterioration inside the inner box, the 150th anniversary box is also included.

This Calatrava was released in 1987 and is limited to Japan. The movement is the in-house 215, with a 44-hour power reserve.
