This is a reproduction of the 45GS, the brand's first 10-beat hand-wound mechanical model, which was released in 1968. The stainless steel case was limited to 1,200 pieces worldwide.

Product Background

A limited edition reissue of the 45GS, the first 10-beat hand-wound mechanical model released in 1968, has been re-released in a stainless steel case.

Model features

The dial features the "SEIKO" logo at 12 o'clock, the "GS" logo, "HI-BEAT", the vibration frequency "36000" per hour, and the "Dai-ni Seikosha" logo at 6 o'clock, recreating the design from 1968. Limited to 1200 pieces worldwide (425 in Japan).

Product design

The flat surface with a mirror finish and the distinctive edges of the case sides have been faithfully reproduced using modern technology, giving off a brilliance based on the "light and shadow" of the Grand Seiko style.
