Although there are some scratches and scuffs from use, the case is thick and appears to be non-polished, making it a good example. The bracelet is in excellent condition with almost no warping. The case and bracelet are gold-burned overall, giving it a very attractive appearance. It has a rare onyx dial and comes with all the accessories, so if you are looking for one, please consider this one.

When it was released in 1956, it was the world's first wristwatch to display the date and the day of the week in full. It is Rolex's highest-end model, available only in rare materials such as gold and platinum. The bracelet that comes with it is called the "President Bracelet" after it was given to the then US President Eisenhower.

The calendar function makes it highly practical, but the case and bracelet are all made of yellow gold, giving it a luxurious feel and status that is one step above the rest, which is its greatest appeal.
