Product Background

It was born in 1992 (introduced at Baselworld in 1993), approximately 20 years after the introduction of the Royal Oak in 1972.
Emmanuel Guillet, a young in-house designer at the time, was responsible for creating this impressive design based on the original Royal Oak created by Gerald Genta.

Model features

New for 2017: Royal Oak Offshore Diver.
It has a see-through case back and is equipped with Audemars Piguet's in-house automatic movement "Cal. 4308" with a 60-hour power reserve.
This is a serious diver's watch with a robust stainless steel case that is water resistant to 300m.

Product design

The grey dial features a "Méga Tapisserie" pattern and is accented with white gold applied hour markers and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating.
