A Note from the Appraiser

The watch was overhauled and the case repaired (finished) by the manufacturer in December 2025, so there are some minor scratches that have not been completely removed, but it is in excellent condition with no noticeable scuffs or scratches.
The inside of the inner box shows signs of wear and tear due to age, but it is designed to hold the adjustment pins and back cover for the "Ref. 5004."
This watch is rare on the market and comes with a warranty and a closed case back, making it a highly recommended choice for anyone looking for one.

The Ref. 5004 is a grand complication model equipped with a perpetual calendar and split-second chronograph.

The small 36.7mm case is equipped with a split-second chronograph that can measure two times simultaneously, and a perpetual calendar. It uses the "Cal. CHR 27-70 Q", an ebauche hand-wound movement made by Lemania.

It features a perfectly laid out sub-dials in a PT (platinum) case.
