The Navitimer Cosmonaute is a historic model born in 1962 at the request of astronaut Scott Carpenter, featuring a 24-hour display that allows for the distinction between day and night in outer space. This special edition pays homage to NASA's Artemis II crewed lunar mission, serving as a testament to the deep connection between Breitling and space exploration.

Equipped with the manual-winding Breitling Manufacture Caliber 02, it offers a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. Unlike a standard 12-hour display, it features the Cosmonaute’s signature 24-hour dial, where the hour hand completes one full rotation every 24 hours. In addition to practical features like a chronograph and a rotating slide rule, the special edition with a meteorite dial is a major highlight.

This special design features a 41mm stainless steel case paired with a blue dial made from natural meteorite. In addition to the unique patterns of the meteorite that ensure each piece has its own distinct appearance, the watch incorporates the iconic Navitimer circular slide rule and a 24-hour display. The blue hue, evocative of outer space, creates a unique sense of presence.
