It was released in honor of the 14th Fighter Attack Squadron, Naval Air Station Lemoore, California, better known as the "Top Faters."

Product design

It has a black ceramic case and a leather strap with vibrant red stitching.
The 14th Fighter Attack Squadron crest, based on a classic hat, is featured on the dial at 6 o'clock and on the case back.
