A Note from the Appraiser

Although there are some minor scratches and scuffs due to use, both the case and buckle are in excellent condition. This is a rare Speedmaster with a black enamel dial. It comes with a new warranty for 2020 and a full complement of accessories, so if you're looking for one, be sure to consider this one.

Product Background

The Speedmaster is one of Omega's most iconic timepieces, having been carried on six moon landing projects. Originally equipped with a hand-wound caliber, the Seamaster was sold under the name "Seamaster Chronograph", but was renamed "Speedmaster" in 1957.

Model features

To celebrate the birth of the Speedmaster collection, this 50th anniversary model has been produced in a limited edition of 1,957 pieces.
