A Note from the Appraiser

There are some small scratches and scuffs due to use, but the edges of the bezel and case give it a good impression.
The "Ref. 5070" series, equipped with a Lemania-based movement, is popular and sought after by many people, and is currently a rare model with very few on the market.
It comes with all the accessories and was overhauled by the manufacturer in January 2024, which is another reason to recommend it.

Product Background

This model is equipped with a two-counter chronograph, based on the "Chronograph Split Second" aviator watch manufactured in the 1940s.

Model features

It is equipped with the Cal. 27-70 CHR, a hand-wound chronograph movement based on the legendary Nouvelle Lemania movement, and its beautiful design can be admired from the case back.

Product design

The dial features a tachymeter on the outer periphery, a 30-minute counter at the 3 o'clock position, and a small second at the 9 o'clock position. The case has a three-dimensional impression due to the thickness of the bezel and lugs, and the sub-dial has the width of the tachymeter, and the silver dial gives it a luxurious feel as well as a calm atmosphere, making it an easy-to-use model.
