Product Background

The rotor is designed based on the weights used in 1780 when the first self-winding watch, the "Perpetuelle," was developed. The "Tradition" was created inspired by the legendary watch "Souscription," conceived by Abraham-Louis Breguet.

Model features

As the Ref. 7097 was changed to an automatic movement, a small seconds hand was added, which counts up to "60" and then instantly flybacks to "0." The unique shape of the rotor is not just for design; its thickened tip and the use of gold material add weight, meticulously calculated to ensure that the winding efficiency of the mainspring is not compromised.

Product design

This model allows you to fully appreciate the exquisite and delicate craftsmanship, from the guilloché engraving to the coin edge on the case side and the Breguet hands. It exudes a classic ambiance, highlighting the retrograde small seconds and the intricate movement visible from both sides.
