Product Background

Czapek is a watchmaker founded in Geneva in 1845 by François Czapek, a Czech-born court horologist who enjoyed the patronage of Napoleon III. The brand was revived in 2011 to carry on his legacy. The "Antarctique," meaning Antarctica, enjoys great popularity as a burgeoning luxury sports model.

Model features

This is a rare model limited to 30 pieces. It is equipped with the in-house "Cal.SXH6" movement, developed in collaboration with Chronode, and features the world’s first open-worked split-seconds mechanism placed on the dial side.

Product design

The most prominent feature is its open-worked aesthetic, which showcases the split-seconds chronograph function by positioning the module on the dial side, allowing the movement of the clutch levers and cams to be visible when the function is activated.
