Since its birth in 1976, this model has embodied casual elegance. It was designed and created by the genius designer of the watch world, Gerald Genta.

The bracelet is slightly wider than the "Ref.3800", and the back is a see-through case back, allowing you to see the beautiful movement with a 21K gold rotor in action. ,This is the successor to the Nautilus "Ref.3800", which was discontinued in 2005, and is one of the few rare models that was only manufactured for three years. ,The Nautilus "Ref.5800/1A" is one of the models released in 2006 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the birth of the Nautilus.

It features a rounded octagonal bezel, a case inspired by a ship's porthole, and a horizontally embossed dial.
