The Cosmograph Daytona was born in 1963 as the ultimate practical watch for those passionate about driving and speed, designed to meet the needs of professional race car drivers. Even now, 60 years after its birth, it remains unparalleled among sports chronographs and continues to transcend time.

The platinum model with bar indexes, "Ref. 116506," was released in 2013, the 50th anniversary of the Daytona's birth, and the "Ref. 116506A," with baguette-cut diamonds set in the indexes, was released in 2014.

This popular model features a chestnut brown Cerachrom bezel and a refreshing ice blue dial, a color exclusive to Rolex platinum models, to adorn your wrist.
