A Note from the Appraiser

There are some scratches due to use, but the case is sturdy and gives a good impression.
The dial is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or deterioration. The indexes and hands are all tritium and have a strong burnt look.
The case lugs are thick with sharp edges, and the overall condition is very good.
Accessories include a Luminova replacement dial and hands, as well as a warranty and GMT booklet.
The overhaul was completed by Rolex Japan in June 2024, and this is a highly recommended watch for anyone looking for a Ref. 16700 with a unique atmosphere.
