The "Ref. 5168G" model was released in 2017 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the birth of the Aquanaut, which was released in 1997.

The movement is equipped with the "Cal. 324 SC" which has been awarded the Patek Philippe Seal and uses a Gyromax balance.

The case is a jumbo size of 42.2 mm, and the dial is a black and blue gradient, with a midnight blue tropical band for an elegant look. The rounded octagonal case is inspired by the Nautilus and is a familiar design.
