There are some scratches and scuffs due to use appropriate for the age, but the case is in very good condition and does not appear to have been polished.
"Ref. 3466" has a stainless steel case and is a popular model with a 35mm diameter, which felt large at the time.
The condition is also good, so I would especially recommend it to anyone looking for one.
