This model has embodied casual elegance since its birth in 1976. It was designed and created by the genius designer of the watch world, Gerald Genta.

At the 6 o'clock position is a dual sub-dial that displays a 60-minute counter and a 12-hour counter on the same axis. This is Patek Philippe's first sports chronograph model, released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Nautilus.

This rare combination model from Patek Philippe is made of stainless steel and rose gold. It features a rounded octagonal bezel, a case inspired by a ship's porthole, and a horizontally embossed dial.
