A Note from the Appraiser

Although there are scuffs from use, the hallmark on the case side at 9 o'clock is clearly visible, and considering its age, the case remains in good, solid condition. While slight age-related deterioration can be seen under a loupe, the second-generation dial possesses a character appropriate for its age. The only included accessory is the Extract from the Archives, but since the PT case for the "Ref. 3940" is particularly rare on the market, this is a highly recommended piece for those who have been searching for one.
