When it was introduced in 1956, it was the world's first wristwatch to display the date and the day of the week in full.
This is Rolex's top-of-the-line model, available only in rare materials such as gold and platinum.
The bracelet is called the "President's Bracelet" after it was sent to the then US President Eisenhower.

The most distinctive feature is the combination of pavé diamonds on the dial, sapphires, yellow gold case and bracelet.
In addition to the design, the watch is equipped with the company's own Cal. 3255, which has a precision standard that is approximately twice that of previous chronometers.

The dial and bezel are paved with pavé diamonds, and the indexes are set with rainbow-colored sapphires, creating a luxurious design that is like a work of art.
