A Note from the Appraiser

This new model, released in 2023, is limited to 200 pieces and features cut Dumortierite on the dial index, making it a highly unlikely model to be available on the market.
There is some gold discoloration on the bezel and some minor scratches, but there are no noticeable scratches or scuffs and it is in excellent condition with little signs of wear.

*There are some areas where minor scratches can be seen due to storage.

Product Background

The world's first wristwatch, the Santos, was created in 1904 in response to a request from Brazilian aviator Sir Santos-Dumont to be able to check the time while flying.
For over 100 years, the design has become one of Cartier's icons.

Model features

The movement is the newly developed in-house caliber 430MC, named after 1847, the year Cartier was founded.

Product design

This limited edition model uses blue dumortierite for the Roman indexes. The cabochons are blue sapphires that match the color of the indexes, adding an accent to the yellow gold case.
