The case and bracelet show signs of wear and tear appropriate for their age, but the case shape is solid and the watch makes a good impression.
The Big Red black dial has some small scratches visible through a magnifying glass and some missing luminous material, but the sub-dials are in relatively good condition.
Although the consistency is slightly off, this is a recommended item for those looking for an attractively priced Ref. 6263.
*The hands will be changed to tritium in later years.
*The pusher has been replaced with a grooved one.

The Cosmograph Daytona, introduced in 1963, was a model designed to meet the needs of professional race car drivers.
The ultimate practical watch for those passionate about driving and speed.
Even 60 years after its creation, it remains unparalleled among sports chronographs and continues to transcend time.

The third-generation Daytona with a plastic bezel, Ref. 6263, was introduced around 1969.
It is one of the most popular of all Daytona models, the final model of the hand-wound Daytona, and a vintage model coveted by collectors.

The combination of the slightly small 37mm case and plastic bezel gives off a nice vintage vibe.
