There are some minor marks from use, but the case and buckle have no noticeable scratches and this is a sturdy watch.
The engraving on the 9 o'clock side of the case is still clearly visible, and it is in excellent condition with almost no polishing. This is a rare model with a skeleton case back, limited to 100 pieces in Japan, so if you are looking for one, please consider this one.
