The annual calendar mechanism was patented in 1996, and the first model was released in the same year. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the annual calendar, this timepiece features horizontal windows for displaying the days of the week and the names of the months, and a date window at the 6 o'clock position.

The annual calendar is an ingenious mechanism that only requires the date to be adjusted once a year, and is one of Patek Philippe's best-sellers.

This beautiful model features a double guiché at the 12 o'clock position, a moon phase and date/24-hour display at the 6 o'clock position, and a blue sunburst dial.
