Product Background

The "Classic" series incorporates the designs of Abraham-Louis Breguet, who is famous as "the watchmaker who advanced the evolution of watches by 200 years," and is a model that has been arranged to suit the times. Since the late 1930s, the design has been refined based on the motif of pocket watch designs. This model, which Breguet spent three years designing and developing, is the first mechanical watch to feature an instant jump time zone display.

Model features

Changing the time zone synchronizes not only the time on the watch, but also the date and day/night display, which uses a so-called "tracking-type" calendar system. It also features a stop-second function that allows for precise time setting down to the second.

Product design

The case comes in two types: 18K rose gold and platinum, and the dial comes in three types: depicting the Americas, Europe and Africa, and Asia and Oceania, for a total of six types in the lineup.
