At the 6 o'clock position is a dual sub-dial that displays a 60-minute counter and a 12-hour counter on the same axis.
This is Patek Philippe's first ever sports chronograph, released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Nautilus.

This is a rare combination model for Patek Philippe, made of stainless steel and rose gold.
It features a rounded octagonal bezel, a case inspired by a ship's porthole, and a horizontally embossed dial.
