A pioneering antimagnetic wristwatch designed to meet the demands of engineers and scientists. The name of the watch, "Mille," means "1000" in French, and is derived from the fact that it can withstand magnetic fields of up to 1000 gauss. A unique combination of design and chemistry, this is a model unlike any other in the world.

The "lightning hand" used in the early Rolex Milgauss has been revived, making it a nostalgic face for Rolex enthusiasts and a new face for modern users. The internal shield, which adds anti-magnetic properties, is made of a ferromagnetic alloy carefully selected by Rolex, and boasts anti-magnetic performance that lives up to the name of the Milgauss.

The orange color of the model name, second hand, and index is an accent. In 2007, about 20 years after production ended, the Milgauss "Ref. 116400" made a spectacular comeback with the legendary lightning hand.
