Product Background

The Royal Oak, born in 1972 from the hand of legendary designer Gérald Genta, overturned the existing design codes for wristwatches and became an iconic and historic model in contemporary watchmaking.

Model features

The case back engraving has been changed from "No." to "Royal Oak," and it is the latest model with an "A" appended to the end of the reference number.

Product design

It features the same 39mm case as the original 1972 release, equipped with the same ultra-thin mechanical self-winding "Cal. 2121" movement. Despite being a reissue, the model feels timeless.
